B99 or Good Place for best comedy.

Something that isn't seen by a few thousand people a week. Christ, Shameless is a show that no one talks about but Bill Macy gets a nomination?

I also have heard of only 4 of the 6 Lead Comedy Actresses shows. What the hell is Insecure or Better Things?
