Another LYC: Been doing more reading on the intermittent fasting I'm doing. I've found this article linked to be a very good explanation of how it

works (or seems to be working for me). It is also helping me to refine my diet now that I seem to be past the initial burning off of water weight and some fat burning. I've gotten myself down to almost zero calories on my fasting days instead of trying to hit 500. I was also allowing myself to eat some mints on those days. But...

Next step is to focus on reducing sugars (goodbye wint-o-green mints) and carbs on the days that I eat. I found more good info about what to eat here:
