FWIW, the top of Big Thunder is the best place to see it. I got a glimpse last year and a much better view this year. And its... ah... HUGE.

There’s a sprawling building/complex. I don’t know what it is. It’s tall... like maybe 10 stories. And broad. Like a massive hotel.
