but unless it was my immediate family, I'd be fine bailing after dinner, maybe wait until the cake. But if I was driving 2.5h for the wedding, I'd sure stick around another 30 to eat. Reception at 5 isn't too late to bail and still drive home and get home at a reasonable hour
