The avocado toast eating populace of Metropolis erect monuments to Superman and he basically exists to damage every tall building in town.

I guess you have to roll with it. It is part of the genre.
Back when I was really into comics, I was planning on getting this series from Pete about a work crew whose job it was to go clean up superhero damage.
