Rate my menu.

Going to a remote boat in cottage next weekend. We are responsible for one lunch and one breakfast for 6 people.

Here is my initial plan.

Lunch.
Marinated Chicken Breasts (6 with jerk spices, 6 traditional bbq sauce)
Grilled corn on the cob (from our garden)
Watermelon/mint/feta salad
quinoa greek salad

Breakfast.
zucchini bread
Frittata - (with peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes)
fruit salad
some homemade oatmeal bars

that's all easy and yummy, right?
