ST Roll Quiz: You know that scroll button to the side of windows you use to drag/scroll a page up and down? What is it called?

Condition: According to the basic Windows computer class my mom is taking at a community college. I call it the "scroll bar" or "scroll knob", but that's not the name the instructor uses. No Googling.
