in many cases there is not a lot of caffine in a single cup....less than in a small coke, the good thing is that you have to take a break to drink it properly... on the go is not a moment when you can relax and gather yourself as good as sitting down and drinking the coffee while reading or lisining to the radio....thoose breaks makes your brain work better

and eat more meat :)
