There's no doubt that no/low carbs really limits your snacking options unless you get creative and/or start cooking things yourself

I'm just trying to stave off the plateau that I'm sure I will (or have) hit with the intermittent fasting. It also seems to fit in line with the fat burning aspect of IF to keep carbs down. Can't hurt and also has the benefit in our house of most things being gluten free which my wife has to do. Win win win :)
