Interlocutary = a provisional decision made while the case is being heard and determined. So the court may make an interlocutary order that (spitballing here, I don't really know) there be no contact between Trump and Trump Org executives (including his children?), or maybe that all Trump Org receipts from foreigners be placed into a trust.
