Definitely possible. But people are going to have to get comfortable with the concept of circumstantial evidence (which is what you're going to hear

a lot). And really, circumstantial evidence is perfectly good. Probably actually more reliable than eyewitnesses, but people know the "it's just circumstantial evidence" defense from tv.
