Apparently most recipies that call for "sugar free" chips are usually looking for the Lily brand 55% cocoa stevia chips.
The ones I found at my local store were just way too bitter and basically ruined the cookies and PB bars I tried. I know I could sweeten the bars myself (topping) with Swerve but missed the opportunity before I made it. Nothing to do with the cookies except be sure the chips are surrounded by the cookie.
I did find that lucky vitamin (online) has 1 lb almond flour for the same price as the small bags at my grocery and a decent price on the Lily chips so I ordered those and will let you know how that improves.
Didn't make anything too interesting otherwise this weekend. Needing supplies to try various cheesecake options and mostly ate my leftover fat head sausages both for meals and breakfast with a cheese omelette
