them spending 2 mins to ask you to do something for them that they could have completed in 15 secs by looking it the fuck up themselves (as simple as opening a file and a document) and then being told that I am not giving them any respect for their position, or maybe just her, dont know which she was trying to say honestly..

my response, which caused the manager to start to cry (that is her reaction to all conflict) is, ok, when you start respecting me I will respect your title.

note, I work for this manager starting next week for 2 weeks. good times.

this manager has a habit of trying to not do any work, to ask everyone to do everything for her, than take all of the credit. somehow she has been employed here for 15 years (she had one huge win for the CPA firm which brought millions of dollars, and now that that work is gone, she is trying to ride its coat-tails to Partner/Director/whateva).
