Things to note: I deal with corporate car insurance, but not car purchases, so i don't care about any of those details below. Susan has been with the company for about 20 years, but works in another location.

Hi Susan,
For some reason Car Dealership is calling this office, and calling Bob's extension (5897), to tell us company cars are ready.
Obviously, he knows nothing about that as he has nothing to do with vehicles. Could you please tell Dealership to change the contact info they have to your's? Connie called them this morning, but they didn’t seem to know where that info was coming from internally.

I just called the dealership back and after being transferred around I spoke with a sales rep, Tom Miller, who says this is Brenda's car she is taking from Shelly. Brenda is on vacation but he said he would see her shortly
I told them to update their general records to have Andrea’s extension and that they need to record the name of the person not just the company name
