country ribs 'n krout

we frequently make a crock pot of pork and krout, using country ribs, an apple and onion, garlic and lots of dill. brown meat, toss in the crock, saute the onion, apple, garlic, layer the krout on top....this goes really good in an instapot on stew setting. because of stories mom told about surviving post war germany we always called it snouts and krouts.
