Having a low average bowler as part of one' team is a really good thing.
There's much more of a chance that a 99 average bowler gets a few marks and ends up with 130 than a 180 bowler is going string 'em together and end up with 200+
Not to mention that the margin for error is much greater for the 180 bowler. It is far more likely that they throw 130 (50 pins below avg) than the 99 avg bowler will utterly fail to keep it on the lane and end up with 50.
