I'm honestly not sure what that relationship is under Trudeau. It was definitely a far closer one under Harper, but I don't know if....

...That translates to a negative one under Trudeau.
(That said, the Liberal foreign affairs record of the last three years is just piling up the victories, so maybe something is playing out on that front as well.)
