'promising to reinvent poutine and pizza'. here is a review of them -- (edited)

Open daily from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. and until 4 a.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Promising to “reinvent” poutine and pizza, operators Adam Sadie and chef Josh Green have launched the aptly named Fries N’ Pies at the intersection of Paradise Road and Harmon Avenue, inside the former home of Papaya King.
With a compact menu, plus future “flavors of the month,” diners pick a single, “couple” or “company” sized portion of fries or pizza and add their toppings.
Poutine is priced between $6 and $14 and can be created with French or sweet potato fries, or roasted cauliflower. Duck fat fries are available for an additional $6. Pies cost from $14 to $22 and can be made with a regular base and a 10-inch broccoli crust.
Both the pizza and poutine are upgraded with a series of house recipes, including chicken parm, Philly cheesesteak, the Palermo, barbecue chicken and “traditional.” Appetizers include $6 “doughboys,” cheesy bread and six prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella sticks for $8.
Fast-casual diners looking to take it to the next level can also purchase a $200 bottle of Dom Pérignon, or the $350 Perrier-Jouët Rose Champagne to complement their meals. Individual glasses are not available.
