Someone at the local newspaper needs to write an article about housing in town called "Where the Bubble Never Burst"

There's three *MASSIVE* subdivisions planned in town which would likely double the number of houses in the city and it probably wouldn't make a dent in housing prices. On the one hand, I'm quite proud of our absurd affluence and insular nature, on the other hand... I'm a renter, and at this point buying a house comes down to "a rich aunt just died and left you a fortune".
