WWE/NXT: Tommaso Ciampa/Johnny Gargano/Aleister Black announced for Takeover, but Black is injured.

He got hurt at a house show and required surgery (reportedly it was after a spot where he got crotched on the turnbuckle, so draw your own conclusions *shudder*) and will not be cleared in time, so for the third Takeover in a row, it's Ciampa vs. Gargano, this time a Last Man Standing match for the NXT Championship.
