that is likely 1 of our meals for weekend dinner - nachos. I miss nachos. My blood labs came back mostly excellent!

total cholesterol went from 220 to 140 and I'm no longer pre-diabetic. GO ME!!!

no sugar for 3 weeks helped the A1C number
Lipitor helped the cholesterol

I do need to bring my good cholesterol way up though.
