The therapies are getting better all the time. My problem wasn't arthritis, but rather AVN*.

*Avascular Necrosis. It's as unpleasant as it sounds. I see my knee surgeon once a year since the replacement and every year he looks back at the pre-op X-rays and is shocked at how bad my knee was.
