Don't cut goodwin. Goodwin will be a top 30 WR. Rookie WR are so hit-and-miss--Good to maybe stash him if it's dynasty--otherwise, Ridley is your cut guy. Kupp will be one of those guys on/off the waivers all year -- nm*
