Espeon is useful, Umbreon is not, if that matters to you.

Also, some folks have walked over 10K but it's glitched and given them like flareon. Folks suggest restarting your app first to make sure the game realized you walked over 10K. Even though it says you did, it sometimes doesn't realize. (I walked my shiny over 20K *and* restarted for Espeon, just to be sure)
