I mean, that's the most logical place to keep them. filing cabinet in a locked room would probably do the trick too though.

when I was in China the company I was working with had a "State Secrets Room" that was basically exactly that. basically everything finer than 1:250k scale is technically a state secret, and only certain people are allowed to look at them.
makes for dysfunctional exploration planning, if you're wondering.
