If you notice all the hybrid slots, you can play Three Runningbacks a week, and if you max out those three runningback slots, that leaves you only three Widereceiver slots.

The way I love to set my perfect weekly lineup is

1QB
3WR
3RB
1TE
1K
1Def

and that is how I drafted to play it.
