I've eaten a couple fast food burgers bunless. It's ok. I will say I stopped at Taco Bell and got their breakfast mini skillet with steak added and

it was really good. I mean, it's just eggs and tomato and steak but for a couple bucks, it was a small but filling breakfast. Otherwise I'm manhandling McD mcmuffins/bagels with an added side of folded get to make a sandwich out of it.
