can either be live or cooked chooks. organisation effectively amounts to:
- acquiring a chook.
- (optionally) cooking it.
- asking people "chook raffle ticket?"

"couldn't run a chook raffle" is disparaging his organisational abilities, see?

- They are cheap, which means you can raffle a lot of them in multiple draws. There are meat tray raffles as well (I’ve won both) -- nm - Roger More Aug 24, 19:30
