Minor quibbles mostly

Use of personal emails is too easily discredited as retribution for them investigating Clinton’s servers.
Transgender in the military, hard to find a good angle that’s relevant, military readiness maybe? Otherwise you are left simply parsing the difference between doing something bad, and doing something wrong, and that doesn’t seem a substantive enough basis, for me.
US Attorneys, iinm trump was within his right to fire them, hard to show cause for an investigation.
Tax returns, while important, I don’t see how he did anything wrong in withholding them, as far as congress would be concerned.
Just some initial thoughts off the top of my head, there are probably other better points in favor
