That is where I disagree. I think they are all triggered by emotion.

He probably has a list of enemies from grade school, with checks off for the ones he has already taken retribution upon.
To me that is always driven by emotion. Otherwise logic says, you get much further in life just letting it go.
Putin has this guy all figured out. He plays him like an emotional fiddle.
