I never feel comfortable letting my arms hang to side. Mostly i have my arms crossed at my chest or with my arms behind my back.

hands held together (not crossed arms), slightly higher than waist level. Signifies open/interested, allows you to make gestures, and avoids pockets -- nm

Not sure really but now all I'll do is be thinking "What should I be doing with my arms??? Are they looking at my arms??? Are my arms weird???"

crossing your arms across your chest while talking is supposedly a non-verbal way of showing blockage or being guarded.

Depends - maybe one thumb/hand in my pocket, or hands behind me. I consciously try not to keep my arms folded in front of me
