I've mentioned before how annoying/insane Dave's cousins all are, right? Well... (a bit long...)

We booked our tickets to go to Washington DC a couple months ago. The flight is *one week* from today.
Dave's cousin and his wife were also invited, they also live in Toronto (suburbs but close enough.)
About 3 weeks ago they asked if we wanted to 'rent an RV and all drive together.' At this point we discovered that for some reason they thought the invitation addressed to the 2 of them (which I saw, because it got mailed to us and we hand delivered it) meant that their entire extended family, kids, grandkids, etc, were all invited. Cleared that up and got them to realize it was just them. Then said we were flying.
Then they asked what we paid for tickets, I had got a good deal, and said so, but told them what we paid and explained they probably couldn't get tickets that cheap anymore.
They asked me to book them on the same flights if they went under $300. I didn't' want to but wasn't given much of a chance, oh, and it turns out they don't have ANY 'available credit cards' (ie maxed out) so, they would 'pay me back'. I HATED this but Dave assured me he would make sure it happened. So, i used a promo code someone at work had, and i watched them carefully, and I got them on our flights for a price they agreed to.
During ALLLLLLLL this we gave them many many many many chances to change their minds and back out. Also, told them repeatedly the flights we were booking.
Last night Dave had to call them because she hasn't replied to any of my texts reminding her when to be at the airport, or that there are no checked bags paid for, etc. Oh, and they haven't paid me.
Teri (his cousin's wife) then seems *COMPLETELY* surprised that we are flying from the Island airport (which i have about 6 texts mentioning) and said "i can't fly on those small planes they give me vertigo!" And basically got all mad at Dave because she didn't know it was a 'small' plane and we should know she can't fly on those. PS: not that small, like a 400 series, 70-ish seats.
(1) of course she can.
(2) if for some crazy reason you think you can't, tell me that before I book you because believe me NO-ONE is going to think to ask you that.
(3) PAY ME THE DAMN MONEY YOU OWE ME.
Now, we can't decide what is the best case scenario, if they come and she manifests a condition and blames me for it for the rest of my living days but doesn't bail on the wedding that of course has confirmed numbers now. Or if they DON'T come, we have a much more relaxing trip, but i know i'll never get the $600 she owes me and it screws the bride and groom.
This whole thing sucks.
Dave is very very very angry. He's calling his cousin, her husband, this morning.
