The chorus' "year" somewhat parallels a school year. We start rehearsals in Sept., do our concerts over the season and eventually travel to Argentina and Uruguay in June.

During this time, I will maintain a full time job, do 3 Mainstage theatrical presentations and rehearse with the chorus whenever I can. (so I can be ready for the trip if the Music Director even allows this) I was looking to take a step back from involvement with the chorus this year in terms of time and sanity. Not to take on a bunch of extra responsibility. I felt bad that I could not say yes.
