Yeah. If I get under 200 I'm going to start cutting back on the intermittent fasting days. I think that's probably far enough for me.

Truthfully at this point, I probably need to start hitting some weights or something to tone up what I'm still frustrated with if I look in the mirror. Only so much pure weight loss will do here.
