You inspired us to try the intermittent fasting.

Mon-Wed-Fri 500 calories.

I'm down 20, my diet companion is down 15. We started about 7 weeks ago. We both have a ways to go (both starting a bit higher than you did) but we're not going the route you have with the weird food. :o)
