wow. very nice. The only reason I went full bore into low carb was that the more I read about IF, the more I found that it works because you're

burning fat instead of carbs. Naturally then, lowering carbs when you are eating accelerates the fat burning because there are less carbs to burn. It really probably would have a positive effect just limiting carbs to 100g/day. I've gone a bit more aggressive than that and I typically eat less than 25g/day.

But, hey, if it is working for you, I'm super-glad to hear it.
