I've watched the first handful of episodes of GoT this afternoon. I'm really impressed with how solidly they hit the ground running.

I'd expect with this complex of a show, it would have taken some time to get their legs under them. But the quality of the very first episodes were just as good as those in the middle to later parts of its run
