But keep in mind that these people all ran and won as Democrats, not as Republicans. Then they joined the 'Independent Democratic Caucus' they didn't switch to be Republicans. It seems there are reasons for that.

Several of these I simply can't see voting Republican under any circumstances. Others, I don't know the local politics well enough
