I wouldn’t expect it to include drive thru emissions, but companies like McDonalds can still make decisions that would reduce drive thru emissions.

McDonalds has enabled app-based ordering which can speed things up. I’m not sure if their two-lane drivethrus reduce emissions. -- nm

(I’d have to read the actual study, but I’m guessing vehicular emissions got attributed to Shell et al) -- nm
