I wouldn’t expect it to include drive thru emissions, but companies like McDonalds can still make decisions that would reduce drive thru emissions.

eg limiting the # of spaces in the drive thru queue when designing restaurants, encouraging pre-ordering, faster service (though I wouldn’t presume to tell McDonalds how to do that). Maybe in the near future we’ll see robots come deliver food to your parked car.
