If so, how does it work? Are you using a 3rd party vendor? etc.

We can participate in a Dependent Care FSA, funded by a pre-tax payroll deduction, and they provide access to a backup childcare service. -- (edited)

I used a Dependent Care FSA for a few years, but now that both kids are in school, our qualifying expenses are minimal. -- nm
