It won't happen again now that everyone knows I won't allow it. The rule moving forward is that Disney's team has a full starting lineup no matter what. It WILL be applied consistently.

The only reason it didn't happen last week is that I wasn't informed. I'm doing the best that I can in an odd situation, and I leave it up to the Vampirates to work out a fair and equitable solution to the problem.
