I'll start:

SCENE:

Hospital room. Patient in a bed. Nurse tending to patient. "How much is this going to cost?" "Don't worry, it's covered under your Medicare."

*fade to next scene*

SCENE:

Hotel room. Bed with ruffled sheets and blankets. Camera drifts away and the sound of urination is heard.
