See, I mostly agree with you in that the court was not the right place for this to be decided. But with their being so much ambiguity

we shouldn't allow these things to be used until scientists can say for certain how it affects people. We have too many cases where people who work with the product are getting very sick.

Maybe I cheered the decision a bit but I'm more interested in getting to the truth about the chemical. It shouldn't be sold anymore until we know more.
