That alone should tell you that I was not being serious. Raisins don't belong anywhere near potato salad.

I'd like to try some real potato salad some time. Our grocery store sells something called "Homestyle Potato Salad" that I get every once in a while.
It's kinda bland and featureless. Very much fits the description of white people potato salad.
