I am a fan of certain kinds of potato salad. I've yet to try a truly flavourful one, though.

Although the company chef did make one with apples one time that was pretty great.

And yes, on the Mayo/Miracle Whip debate, I come down firmly on the "why not both" side. But generally just for egg salad and potato salad, not as a condiment.
