I think the key will be in how they're presented.

"We got everyone a Switch!" is bad.
"We got enough Switches for everyone to play together!" is good.

For sure. I'd definitely want to introduce it (if he goes for it) at a monthly staff meeting where we try them out and then work out the finer details
