waiters have a section, and they have to cover it. if you add a whole separate order onto that. and they are collecting and packing and dealing with your payment etc etc, they are NOT serving the people who will tip them. They are essentially serving you and not serving the people who are actually paying their wages (because we all know tips are the greatest part of their income.)

I tip them.
