I would say Nyack, Hudson Valley is not Upstate...I'm in the Poukeepsie group -- nm

and....even in upstate you have regions like Finger Lakes, Southern Tier, North Country (Potsdam/Plattsburgh), Adirondacks, Western NY (Buffalo/Roc) -- nm
