hey, if you're not careful they'll hit you with a stern corporate officer ban. though the one place they have teeth is of course where I work.

you don't want to get mineral resource estimation stuff wrong. at least not if you're the Competent Person.
also I love that my official title in legal documents is sometimes "Competent Person". I'm adequate!
